Since ar18 was founded more than 15 years ago in an Uxbridge workshop the size of a small garage, we have grown steadily and now occupy six large warehouse areas at the same site.
Over the years we have invested heavily in our people and our equipment. We now have state-of-the-art facilities and 50 dedicated, loyal full-time staff. We have created an atmosphere in which our people take pride in their work.

For instance, every south-facing roof on our premises is covered with solar panels.
All the excess wood in our workshop is collected and stored, to be used in our wood burner. In the winter this heats the workshop, in warmer months it is used in our manufacturing processes.
